Acceptable use
Don't use LaidOffTalent to harass, scam, spam, scrape, or otherwise mistreat the people on this site. Recruiter messages must be relevant, professional, and human.
Accounts
Job seekers always have free accounts. During launch, recruiter accounts are free; afterwards a low recruiter subscription will fund the platform. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You own your profile content. By posting it you grant us a license to display it on the directory and to recruiters who search the platform. You can remove it at any time.
No guarantees
We do our best, but we cannot guarantee you will be discovered or hired. The service is provided "as is."
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
